News: Another one to add to the list
Looks like I've got another single malt distillery to add to the list as Chivas Brothers begin production at their new Speyside distillery - named Dalmunuch after a nearby pool in the Spey.
There's an interesting set of stills in there attempting to replicate the Imperial distillery that was housed on the site till 2012 - and they're arranged in a weird circular format, apparently.
We obviously won't see any whisky for a few years, but that gives me time to knock off the other 90 or so distilleries I've still got to get through.
